Gobernanza, valor público y conflictos sociales en territorios indígenas: una revisión crítica de la literatura desde América Latina

La gestión estatal de los conflictos sociales en territorios indígenas ha despertado un creciente interés académico en toda América Latina. Este artículo realiza una scoping review cualitativa, basada en análisis temático, de 80 fuentes académicas que abordan la gobernanza, el valor público y el conflicto social en contextos marcados por la exclusión histórica. La revisión examina las principales teorías, enfoques metodológicos y categorías analíticas que permiten comprender cómo el Estado genera, enfrenta o transforma las dinámicas de conflicto en territorios indígenas y rurales.
Los hallazgos revelan cinco vacíos críticos: una integración teórica limitada, una débil sistematización de las iniciativas estatales, la visibilidad marginal de los casos andinos, la ausencia de un enfoque intercultural operativo y una insuficiente co-creación de valor público. A partir de estos elementos, el artículo plantea una agenda de investigación que articula gobernanza, territorio e interculturalidad, y propone la Teoría Integrada de la Gestión Colaborativa de Conflictos (TIGCC) como marco conceptual para orientar futuros estudios empíricos, incluido el análisis de la cuenca Coata (Perú).
