The article aimed to develop a methodological innovation model grounded in the principles of self-organization, complexity, and technodigitalization as applied to university research literacy. The study adopted a theoretical-conceptual approach focused on the critical integration and reorganization of existing knowledge to generate new explanations of research training processes. The methodology involved reviewing, selecting, analyzing, and integrating scientific literature on epistemology, research training, methodological innovation, complexity, and technodigital transformation. The model-building process unfolded in three stages: epistemological delimitation, conceptual integration, and theoretical formalization of its components, relationships, and organizing principles. The proposal followed an abductive logic by generating new explanatory configurations through the articulation of concepts drawn from different fields of knowledge. The findings established that research training can be understood as a dynamic, adaptive, and relational system in which epistemological, methodological, ethical, pedagogical, and technological dimensions interact. The study concludes that the proposed model represents an epistemological reconfiguration of university research development by advancing an integrative rationale aimed at knowledge construction within complex and technodigitalized contexts.
