Auto-organização, tecnodigitalização e complexidade na formação em investigação universitária: um modelo para o desenvolvimento de competências de investigação

O estudo teve como objetivo principal analisar a relação entre a formação e as competências de investigação dos docentes universitários, adotando para tal uma abordagem mista com um desenho convergente paralelo, fundamentada numa perspetiva epistemológica pós-positivista-hermenêutica e integradora. O tipo de investigação foi teórico-empírico, de âmbito correlacional e explicativo, com um desenho transversal não experimental. A amostra foi constituída por professores universitários e investigadores, aos quais foram aplicados questionários de Likert validados através do parecer de peritos e do coeficiente alfa de Cronbach, além de uma análise temática. Os dados quantitativos foram analisados através da correlação de Spearman e os qualitativos através da triangulação, saturação teórica e rastreabilidade analítica. Os resultados evidenciam uma formação em investigação multidimensional, sistemática e adaptativa, através de componentes epistemológicos, metodológicos e tecnodigitais. Conclui-se que a formação em investigação universitária é um sistema complexo que se adapta a contextos com componentes epistemológicos, éticos e tecnodigitais.
